MITech through its Health Safety and Environment Department is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for its employees, customers and visitors. While managing our operations in a responsible manner. Our company also protects the environment by minimizing environmental impacts of our operations. All these commitments are part of our international certificates and extend to our staff, customers and the community in which we operate.
MITech technicians and service personnel are trained before entering the workplace through our in house training and supplemental courses from third party agencies. We conduct continuously training, regular safety meetings to meet customer and industry standards.

Engage in reuse and recycling practices and exploring feasible opportunities to minimize the amount of waste generated.

Continually improve over time by striving to measure environmental impacts through the company’s environmental matrix and reducing them each year.

Build strategic alliances with recycling and ecological companies by giving them some unused material for new usage.

Ensuring that personnel are properly trained in safe work procedures such as confined spaces, personal protective equipment, fire, forklift, heavy equipment, industrial hygiene and machine operations.

Schedule dangerous safety simulations to raise awareness among all the company.
